Earl Mayhew DPT
Dr. Mayhew earned his DPT at the University of St. Augustine after earning his masters at Central Michigan University. He and wife, Amber Mayhew, opened Family Physical Therapy in 2007. Dr. Mayhew also teaches at the University of Michigan-Flint. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports and spending time with his 3 children, Taylor, Darren and Savannah.

Amber Mayhew earned her masters in Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University where she also competed on the gymnastics team. Along with patient care, she manages day-to-day operations of the business. Outside of PT, she enjoys running, golfing, and spending time with her kids.

Dr. Starr earned his DPT at the University of Michigan after earning his masters in athletic training at Adrian College. Outside of PT, he enjoys hiking, exercising, paintball and playing with his dog, Renfri.
